A District in Cyberathia is a sovereign virtual domain established by a guild. These serve as evolving city-states—each shaped by the guild's values, architecture, economy, and internal governance. Districts are not mapped to real-world locations; they are mythopoeic constructs built collaboratively from shared lore, utility, and vision.
In general, yes. While some areas might be gated for guild-only access, most Districts will likely maintain plazas, markets, or sanctums where guests can interact, trade, or explore exhibitions, and pending the popularity of particular guild city-states, businesses may seek to advertise within them as virtual store fronts.
Use the Report Crystal in-world or submit via the web interface. All reports are reviewed by human moderators. Be aware that for the most part, independent Districts will have their own rules and regulations and can determine how to enforce them. Otherwise, unless the Districts have explicitly violated our company policies, reports will be logged for 90 days for reviews.
As head of a District or owner, it is up to you to address the behavior. You will be notified of the issues though member mail. If you have taken action already such as suspending a guild member, be sure to report it. Failure to report actions taken may result in your District being locked down till the issue is considered resolved.
No. The only time your "real name will be necessary" is with real world financial transactions such as purchasing in game currency and new account creation. Otherwise, for the proper security and safety of our members, you choose your own Username that alone will be displayed with your age during the account creation. Never share such information with third parties. We do not allow solicitation from other companies outside virtual environments, nor allow them to send members "offers" by way of email or site or in game messaging. If such occurs, check the sender and report them.
Possibly. However, use the basic sense of "when in doubt, don't." The content and title along with any code would all have to also include a release of rights and usage as a Read Me file for our records and all assets used in the production must be original content that has not come from other third parties who would also have to provide their content on such content.
It would also have to be in the same version of the Game Engine we are using at this time and not later and other factors would also have to be considered including, but not limited to the necessity for removal and/or refactoring such as included coding scripts and the complexities therein.
Furthermore, such submissions would also have to be removed from any other location you have published such content and you have not already sold or distributed content such as "patches or other add-ons elsewhere or otherwise violate any portion of the above requirements and expectations, and. or the policies, terms, conditions and EULA of said third party sites for which we have no control over.
Typically this is not an issue for self published content/titles, yet even then you must review the policies, etc. of any third party sites such publications have been made through wherein you will be solely held liable for any violations and wherein Cyberathia, LLC™ is held excluded from any and all legal resources and or actions taken against you.
Further, this may result in Cyberathia, LLC™ working with said third parties to hold you liable for any and all damages that comes about from such agreement and copyright violations, including but not limited to the namesake and overall reputation of this company and or its products and services and or associated affiliates, sponsors, etc.
